Text

Except as otherwise provided by this act, any person who
violates any provision of this act is guilty of a misdemeanor
and may be punished by a fine of not more than seven hundred
fifty dollars ($750.00).

(k) Records of convictions or license suspensions under subsection (h) of this section shall not be made a part of the abstracts or records kept by the department of transportation pursuant to W.S. 31-5-1214 or 31-7-120.
