Text
(a)It is an unlawful use of a license and is a
misdemeanor for any person to:
(i)Display or permit to be displayed, or have in his
possession any cancelled, revoked, suspended, fictitious or
fraudulently altered driver's license;
(ii)Lend his driver's license to any other person or
knowingly permit its use by another;
(iii)Display or represent as one's own any driver's
license not issued to him;
(iv)Repealed by Laws 2025, ch. 9, § 2.
(v)Use a false or fictitious name in any application
for a driver's license, knowingly make a false statement,
knowingly conceal a material fact or otherwise commit a fraud in
any application;
(vi)Permit any unlawful use of a driver's license
issued to him; or
(vii)Drive a vehicle in violation of the
endorsements on his driver's license, commercial dri
