Text
(a)Except as otherwise provided by law, a cancellation,
suspension or revocation by the division under this act or any
other law shall commence the later of:
(i)Twenty (20) days after notice of intent to
suspend or revoke is given by the division;
(ii)If a hearing is requested in a timely manner, at
the conclusion of the hearing process; or
(iii)If the person's license or privilege to drive
was suspended or revoked at the time an additional suspension or
revocation would have commenced under paragraph (a)(i) or (ii)
of this section or other law, on the date that prior suspension
or revocation expires.
