Text
(a)The department shall:
(i)Establish minimum facility standards for
residential adult community correctional facilities operated by
any entity receiving funds under this act;
(ii)Establish minimum standards for adult community
correctional programs;
(iii)Review and evaluate all adult community
correctional facilities and programs funded under this act;
(iv)Prescribe accounting and reporting standards for
all program providers under this act;
(v)Establish a per diem rate to be paid program
providers under this act which shall not exceed the daily cost
of keeping an inmate at the Wyoming state penitentiary;
(vi)Promulgate rules and regulations reasonably
necessary to carry out the provisions of this act.
