Text

Any adult who violates W.S. 35-7-1056 by delivering drug paraphernalia to a minor is guilty of a crime and, upon conviction, may be imprisoned for not more than five (5) years, fined not more than two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00), or both. Article IX.
