§ 35-7-1035 — Conviction or acquittal under federal law or law of another state

Wyoming·Title 35 Public Health and Safety·Ch. 6 IMITATION BUTTER AND CHEESE; OLEOMARGARINE·Art. 10 CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES

If a violation of this act is a violation of a federal law or a
law of another state, a conviction or acquittal under federal
law or the law of another state for the same act is a bar to
prosecution in this state.
