Text
The attorney general by and with the consent of the governor may
employ such personnel as necessary to administer this act. Such
personnel shall serve at the pleasure of the attorney general at
such compensation as may be approved by the Wyoming personnel
division. Said personnel shall be assigned such duties as may be
necessary to assist the commissioner in the performance of his
responsibilities under this act for the efficient operation of
the work of the office.
