(a)In addition to any other penalties available under law, a physician or any other professionally licensed person who intentionally, knowingly or recklessly violates W.S. 35-6-123 commits an act of unprofessional conduct, and the physician's or person's license to practice in Wyoming shall be immediately revoked by the state board of medicine after due process in accordance with the rules and procedures of the state board of medicine. Any person may file a complaint against a physician or other licensed person under this section, or the state board of medicine may on its own accord initiate a complaint against a physician or other licensed person.
