§ 21-6-223 — Elementary school districts not electing to organize and unify; affiliation with unified high school districts

Wyoming·Title 21 Education·Ch. 6 SCHOOL DISTRICT ORGANIZATION·Art. 2 DISTRICT BOUNDARY BOARD

An elementary school district not electing to unify shall
affiliate itself with a unified school district and become an
elementary supporting district for the high school within that
district for purposes as defined by law.
