§ 21-6-205 — Chairman; meetings
The district boundary board shall elect a chairman. He shall call a meeting of the district boundary board in the first quarter of each calendar year for the purpose of electing one
(1)of the members as secretary. Thereafter, meetings shall be
held upon the call of the chairman or of a majority of the
members of the board.
