Text
Upon application by an Indian person who has reached age
eighteen (18) and who was the subject of an adoption, the court
that entered the final decree shall inform the person of the
tribal affiliation, if any, of the person's biological parents
and provide any other information as may be necessary to protect
any rights resulting from the person's tribal relationship.
