Text
(a)A victim has the right to be free from any form of
harassment, intimidation or retribution.
(b)When waiting to testify in any proceeding regarding a
delinquent act, a victim has the right to be provided, upon
request, with a waiting area separate from other witnesses.
(c)When the threat of harassment, intimidation or
retribution cannot be avoided, the court shall take appropriate
measures to protect the victim.
(d)Law enforcement officers and prosecuting attorneys
shall provide information regarding law enforcement measures
available to protect victims.
