§ 14-6-436 — Proceedings deemed in equity

Wyoming·Title 14 Children·Ch. 6 JUVENILES·Art. 4 CHILDREN IN NEED OF SUPERVISION ACT

All proceedings under this act shall be regarded as proceedings
in equity and the court shall have and exercise equitable
jurisdiction.
