Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 14-6-404 (2026).
Text
Proceedings under this act may be commenced in the county where
the child is living or is present when the proceedings are
commenced or in the county where the misconduct showing the
child to be in need of supervision occurred. Change of venue or
change of judge may be had under the circumstances and upon the
terms and conditions provided by law in a civil action in the
district court.
