Text
(a)For a child at sanction level three, the juvenile
court may:
(i)Require the child to participate as a condition
of probation for not less than three (3) months in a highly
intensive and regimented residential program, operated by the
department or by a private entity, that emphasizes discipline,
physical fitness, social responsibility and productive work;
(ii)After release from the program described by
paragraph (i) of this subsection, continue the child on
probation supervision for not less than six (6) months nor more
than twelve (12) months;
(iii)Impose highly structured restrictions on the
child's activities and requirements for behavior of the child as
conditions of probation;
(iv)Require a probation officer to closely monitor
the child;
(v)Impose any other sanction or condit
