Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 14-6-238 (2026).
Text
All proceedings under this act shall be regarded as proceedings
in equity and the court shall have and exercise equitable
jurisdiction. No order or decree pursuant to this act shall be
deemed a conviction of a crime or impose any civil disabilities,
nor shall it disqualify the child for any civil or military
service application or appointment or from holding public
office.
