§ 37-5-507 — Authority not subject to the public service commission
Wyoming·Title 37 Public Utilities·Ch. 5 WYOMING PIPELINE AUTHORITY AND WYOMING·Art. 5 WYOMING ENERGY AUTHORITY
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the authority and
the authority's fees, rates, rental and other charges shall not
be subject to the supervision, regulation, control or
jurisdiction of the public service commission.
