§ 36-5-118 — Renewal of state land leases and rental payments

Wyoming·Title 36 Public Land·Ch. 5 LEASING GENERALLY

All state land lease renewal applications and rental payments
required under this act that are submitted using a mail service
shall be deemed filed on the date of the postmark stamped on the
envelope in which the renewal application or rental payment is
mailed.
