§ 18-5-405 — Cluster development; notice to state engineer
Within thirty (30) days after a cluster development has been
approved pursuant to the conservation design process, the board
of county commissioners shall notify the state engineer of the
approval and shall provide the state engineer a copy of the
approved cluster development plan.
