§ 13-5-702 — Inspection of private family trust companies; authority of commissioner
Wyoming·Title 13 Banks, Banking and Finance·Ch. 5 TRUST COMPANIES·Art. 7 PRIVATE FAMILY TRUST COMPANIES
(a)If the commissioner has reasonable cause to believe
that a private family trust company proposes to transact or has
transacted trust company business with the general public, then
the commissioner may conduct any inspections of the private
family trust company as he deems necessary to ensure compliance
with the provisions of this chapter.
(b)If the commissioner discovers that a private family
trust company has proposed to transact or has transacted trust
company business with the general public, then the commissioner
may take any action authorized under W.S. 13-10-201 through 13-
10-209 with respect to the private family trust company to
ensure compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
