Text
(a)Each officer, director, manager, member, employee or
agent of a supervised trust company, following written notice
from the commissioner sent by certified mail, is subject to
removal upon order of the commissioner if he knowingly or
willfully fails:
(i)To perform any duty required by this chapter or
other applicable law; or
(ii)To conform to any rule, regulation or
requirement of the commissioner.
