§ 13-5-416 — Continuing jurisdiction
If the certificate of a supervised trust company is surrendered,
suspended or revoked, the supervised trust company shall
continue to be subject to the provisions of this chapter for so
long as it acts as a fiduciary with respect to any trust
business previously undertaken.
