§ 13-5-412 — Failure to submit required report; fees; regulations

(a) If a supervised trust company fails to submit any
report required pursuant to this chapter or any regulation
adopted pursuant thereto within the prescribed period, the
commissioner may impose and collect a fee for each day the
report is overdue as established by rule of the commissioner.
(b) The commissioner shall adopt rules establishing the
amount of the fee imposed pursuant to this section.
