§ 13-5-303 — Trust company organized as limited liability company; applicability

A trust company organized as a limited liability company shall
be subject to all of the same laws and regulations that relate
to a trust company organized as a corporation. All managers,
officers and employees of a trust company organized as a limited
liability company shall be subject to the same duties and
liabilities that apply to directors, officers and employees of a
trust company organized as a corporation. Any reference made in
this chapter only to a corporation, director or shareholder
shall also apply to a limited liability company, manager or
member.
