§ 26-43-306 — Violations; unfair trade practices; penalties
In addition to any penalties and other enforcement of this
article, any person who willfully violates any provision of this
article may be subject to a civil penalty not to exceed one
thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for each willful violation.
