Text
The use of water stored under the provisions of this chapter may
be acquired under such terms as shall be agreed upon by and
between the parties in interest. Lands entitled to the use of
water in any reservoir may use the water stored therein, and to
which they are entitled, at such times and in such amounts as
the water users may elect, provided that a beneficial use of
water is made at all times.
