Text
(a)As used in W.S. 9-4-817 through 9-4-831 "proper
governing board" means:
(i)When applied to the deposit of county funds, the
board of county commissioners of the county;
(ii)When applied to the deposit of the funds of a
city or town, the mayor and council of the city or town;
(iii)When applied to the deposit of school district
funds, the board of trustees of the school district;
(iv)When applied to the deposit of irrigation
district funds, the board of commissioners of the irrigation
district; and
(v)When applied to drainage district funds, the
board of commissioners of the drainage district.
