§ 9-4-309 — Crediting of federal land grant income; game and fish fund
The income described in W.S. 9-4-305(c) attributable to the
lands granted to the state for a state fish hatchery under
sections 8 and 11 of the Act of Admission shall be credited to
the game and fish fund.
