Text
The Wyoming state hospital demolition account is created. The
state treasurer may accept federal grants and other
contributions, grants, gifts, transfers, bequests and donations
of money from any source for deposit into the account. Funds
within the account shall only be expended upon legislative
appropriation. All funds within the account shall be invested by
the state treasurer in accordance with law and all investment
earnings from the account shall be credited to the general fund.
