§ 18-4-401 — Power of county commissioners

Wyoming·Title 18 Counties·Ch. 4 FINANCE·Art. 4 VIADUCT AND SUBWAY BONDS

Each board of county commissioners may establish, construct,
purchase, extend, maintain and regulate highway viaducts or
subways on any highway including city or town streets within the
county.
