§ 17-4-612 — Severability clause
Wyoming·Title 17 Corporations, Partnerships and Associations·Ch. 4 SECURITIES·Art. 6 ADMINISTRATION AND JUDICIAL REVIEW
If any provision of this act or its application to any person or
circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect
other provisions or applications of this act that can be given
effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this
end the provisions of this act are severable.
