Text

(a)It is unlawful for a person to offer or sell a security in this state unless:
(i)The security is a federal covered security;
(ii)The security, transaction, or offer is exempted from registration under W.S. 17-4-201 through 17-4-204; or
(iii)The security is registered under this act.
