Text
(a)A county retail liquor license having licensed
premises located within a five (5) mile zone around an
incorporated city or town because of annexation of property
shall not be denied an application for renewal by reason of
annexation alone.
(b)Repealed by Laws 2021, ch. 22, § 3.
