§ 11-34-119 — Ultra vires acts of agent
Wyoming·Title 11 Agriculture, Livestock and Other Animals·Ch. 34 STATE LOAN AND INVESTMENT BOARD·Art. 1 IN GENERAL
No loan or mortgage securing the loan shall be impaired or
invalidated by any act of any agent of the board in excess of
his powers.
