Wyoming Statutes
§ 34.1-9-809 — Priority
The 2013 amendments determine the priority of conflicting claims
to collateral. However, if the relative priorities of the
claims were established before July 1, 2013, this title, as it
was in effect on June 30, 2013, determines priority.
