(a)The effect of the provisions of this article on
parties who are users or participants having a contractual
relationship with a registered clearing corporation may be
varied by agreement with respect to the transfer, pledge,
presentment, dishonor and payment of instruments or other
activity covered by this article carried out through such
registered clearing corporation if such relates to instruments
which are deposited instruments in such registered clearing
corporation.
(b)The rules, regulations, operating procedures and the
like adopted or promulgated by a registered clearing corporation
from time to time shall have the effect of agreements under
subsection (a) of this section whether or not specifically
assented to by all parties interested in the instruments
handled.
