§ 35-33-101 — Regulation of refrigerants

The use of a refrigerant designated acceptable pursuant to
federal rules promulgated pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 7671k shall not
be prohibited or regulated by any code, ordinance, rule or
regulation of any state or local agency or any political
subdivision of the state of Wyoming provided that any equipment
containing a refrigerant shall otherwise be utilized and
installed in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and
regulations.
