Any individual licensed or certified under this act or in accordance with the Interstate Compact for Licensed Professional Counselors under W.S. 33-38-202 is required to conspicuously display a professional disclosure statement at his place of business or at the principal location where his services are performed and to provide a copy of the statement to each adult client, or in the case of a minor to the minor's parent or guardian, before or during the first session and upon request.
