Text
(a)A person is guilty of a felony punishable by
imprisonment for not more than five (5) years, a fine of not
more than five thousand dollars ($5,000.00), or both, if he:
(i)Possesses a writing knowing it is forged in a
manner specified in W.S. 6-3-602(a)(i) or (ii) and intending to
utter or pass it to defraud another person;
(ii)With intent to commit forgery, makes or
knowingly possesses a die, plate, apparatus, paper, metal,
machine or other thing used to forge writings.
