§ 5-3-304 — Order of appointment to be made in open court and entered on journal; use as evidence

Wyoming·Title 05 Courts·Ch. 3 DISTRICT COURTS·Art. 3 COMMISSIONERS

The order appointing each district court commissioner shall be
made in open court and entered upon the journal. A certified
copy of such journal entry shall be evidence of such appointment
in all the courts of this state.
