§ 41-3-778 — Exemptions
Wyoming·Title 41 Water·Ch. 3 WATER RIGHTS; ADMINISTRATION AND CONTROL·Art. 7 WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICTS
All property of whatever kind and nature owned by the state and
by towns, cities, school districts, drainage districts,
irrigation districts, park districts, water districts, or any
other governmental agency or agencies within the said district,
shall be exempt from assessment and levy by the board as
provided in this act for the purposes herein contained.
