§ 41-3-744 — Quorum

Wyoming·Title 41 Water·Ch. 3 WATER RIGHTS; ADMINISTRATION AND CONTROL·Art. 7 WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICTS

A majority of the directors shall constitute a quorum and a
concurrence of a majority of those in attendance, in any matter,
within their duties, shall be sufficient for its determination,
except as otherwise herein provided.
