§ 41-3-608 — Commissioners; reports
Wyoming·Title 41 Water·Ch. 3 WATER RIGHTS; ADMINISTRATION AND CONTROL·Art. 6 WATER DISTRICTS AND COMMISSIONERS
(a)All water commissioners, when on duty, shall make
reports whenever called upon to do so, by the division
superintendent of their division. Said reports shall contain the
following information:
(i)The amount of water actually coming into the
district to supply ditches, canals and reservoirs;
(ii)Whether such supply is on the increase or
decrease;
(iii)What ditches, canals and reservoirs are at that
time without their proper supply; and
(iv)Such other and further information as the
division superintendent of that division may require.
