Text
Each water commissioner shall perform his duties under the
general direction and supervision of the superintendent of his
water division. Any holder of a Wyoming water right may request
that the source of supply for his water rights be regulated by a
water commissioner as authorized by law and in accordance with
established priorities. Requests for regulation shall be in
writing submitted to a water commissioner or water
superintendent.
