§ 41-3-326 — Applicability of ownership provisions

Wyoming·Title 41 Water·Ch. 3 WATER RIGHTS; ADMINISTRATION AND CONTROL·Art. 3 RESERVOIRS

The provisions of this act shall apply to reservoirs heretofore
lawfully constructed as well as to all reservoirs hereafter
lawfully constructed.
