Text
Each owner of a share or shares of the capital stock in an
incorporated ditch company existing for the purpose of
distributing water through such company's ditch to the owners of
such stock, shall have the right to carry, convey and transmit
reservoir water, supplementing other water rights he may
possess, through the ditch of such ditch company in which he may
have such stock, to the full extent of the carrying capacity
represented by such stock, but no greater. Each partner in a
partnership ditch owned or used for a like purpose, shall have
the right to carry, convey and transmit reservoir water,
supplementing other water rights he may possess, through such
partnership ditch, to the full extent of the carrying capacity
