Text
Any applicant or person interested, feeling himself aggrieved by
the decision of the board of control may appeal from said
decision to the district court in the county in which said point
of diversion is proposed to be located in the same manner and by
the same procedure as set forth in W.S. 41-4-517, or amendments
thereto.
