Text
The applicant shall pay the statutory fee for a stenographer to
take the testimony at each hearing, and provide for a
stenographic record of the proceedings, and in addition the
administrative costs of the hearing official and the necessary
recording fee to record the order issued by the board, as
hereinabove provided, in the office of the county clerk of the
county in which the change of point of diversion is situated.
