§ 41-3-211 — Change of point of diversion; endorsement and recording of petition

Wyoming·Title 41 Water·Ch. 3 WATER RIGHTS; ADMINISTRATION AND CONTROL·Art. 2 RIGHTS TO FOREIGN WATERS

Upon receipt of the petition by the board of control, it shall
be the duty of the president of said board to make an
endorsement thereon of the date of its receipt, and to properly
record receipt of the petition.
