Text
It is hereby made the duty of the Wyoming state engineer, water
division superintendents, water commissioners and deputy water
commissioners, to supervise the delivery of such foreign water
from the state boundary line where it enters the state of
Wyoming in a natural stream channel, to the point of diversion
in Wyoming; any additional expense of this supervision shall be
borne by the owners of such foreign water as decided by the
water officials of the state of Wyoming.
